What will rehab be like?
Every rehab plan can be split into a few distinct phases. First, you’ll need to complete a detox. This is when your body will cleanse itself of any drugs or alcohol that remain in its systems. We offer medically-supervised detox to keep you safe and to make the process as effective as possible while limiting the discomfort you feel.

Your rehab program will begin after that. In it, you’ll have therapy sessions, participate in group counseling, and enjoy the holistic healing techniques that we use, including yoga classes, outdoor activities, and an on-site nutritionist.

The final phase of your addiction treatment program will involve transitioning your healing into the real world. This may involve time spent at a sober living home or an aftercare program that involves continuing to meet with your therapist as you transition back into your daily life.

How long will I spend in rehab?
The length of your stay will depend on the type of care that you’re looking for. At a minimum, you should plan on spending at least 30 days in our facility. This will allow you to completely detox from drugs and alcohol, but it won’t be enough time to seriously treat the root causes of your addiction.

We offer inpatient program options that last for 60 and 90 days. But we’ll spend some time assessing the history of your substance abuse, its causes, and the state of your mental health. Once we have a clearer understanding of the nature of your addiction, we’ll make a personalized recommendation for the length of stay that we think would work best in your unique scenario.

How successful are your treatment programs?
Our programs are highly effective and backed by science. Studies consistently demonstrate that recovery works best when it’s done in a structured environment like the one that we offer. That being said, studies also show that the ultimate effectiveness of any rehab program will be based on how much the patient puts into it.

That means it’s not enough to simply sign up for a program and go through the motions. You’ll have to truly put in the work and do what the medical professionals you work with recommend to give yourself the best chances of long-term success. If you’re willing to do that, then we’ll provide you with the support and structure that you need to get as much out of your recovery as possible.

What treatment plan is right for me?
We offer several treatment plans, each of which can be a good option for your recovery. These include medical detox plans, inpatient rehabs, IOPs, PHPs, and more. That being said, it’s impossible to say which treatment plan is best for your needs without first understanding the nature of your addiction and your history with substance abuse.

We’d be happy to make a personalized recommendation for a treatment plan based on what we think would be best for your recovery. Just reach out and tell us a bit about yourself so we can make that recommendation. You can reach us at (800) 563-8983.

What will happen if I relapse?
Relapse can happen during a recovery plan. When it does, we don’t view it as a failure. Instead, we look at relapse as a part of the healing process that can be learned from so that it doesn’t happen again in the future. The most important thing that you can do for yourself after relapsing is to get back into a structured treatment program as soon as possible.
Can I keep my job during rehab?
You will likely need to take a medical break from your job during the first few phases of your rehab program. It’s important that you prioritize your health during this time and the only way to do that effectively is to devote a large chunk of your days to recovery.

That being said, you will be able to return to your job after you complete your detox and the inpatient portion of your rehabilitation. Once you transition to a sober living home or into an aftercare program, you will be able to continue working while you heal so that you can get used to maintaining your sobriety in your daily life.

How do I pay for rehab? Will you accept my insurance?
We accept many different types of insurance, so the chances are good that you won’t have to pay the total costs of your rehab out-of-pocket. The best way to figure out exactly what you’ll pay for treatment at the Still Water Wellness Group is to contact us directly.

When you do, you’ll speak with a treatment specialist who can verify what portion of the costs of your treatment will be covered by your insurance provider. We’ll make sure that you pay as little as possible for the care that you receive from us.

What happens when I call the Still Water Wellness Group?
Our treatment specialists are standing by to take your call day or night. When you contact us, we’ll begin by asking you to provide us with some information. We’ll want to know the severity of your substance abuse problem, where you’re at in the healing process, and what type of insurance you have.

Once we have that information, we can make a personalized recommendation for you based on the type of treatment that we think would work best. Taking the first step towards a healthier, happier life is as easy as giving us a call today.
